Terms of Service

These terms govern quotes and work performed by El Coqui Pressure Washing & Sealing, a registered Florida business, owner-operated by Angel Luis Rodriguez-Perez.

Quotes: prices such as sealing at $1.10 per square foot are based on the surface area and condition described to us. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

Warranty: sealing services carry a 1-year warranty on the seal. If the seal does not perform as expected within that period, we will re-address the affected area. The warranty covers workmanship and materials, not damage from misuse, alteration, or normal wear.

Scheduling: we schedule jobs Monday through Saturday and answer inquiries 24/7. Weather may require rescheduling for the quality of the finish.

Scope: we perform concrete pressure washing, paver cleaning, and paver/concrete sealing only.
